Returns & Exchanges
At Lullamor, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free.
Our Return Policy
- Free Returns on Orders Over £50: If your order total is £50 or more, you can return your items for free.
- For Orders Under £50: Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Make a Return
- Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at hello@lullamor.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Label: If your order qualifies for free returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, we’ll share the return address for you to send the item back.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item and drop it off at your nearest postal service.
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process your refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Need a Different Size or Color? We’re happy to exchange your item for another size or color, subject to availability.
- How to Request an Exchange: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
- Processing Time: Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
